Fenphedra has four ingredients. Three contain caffeine. All four are stimulants.

Taking this supplement every day is likely to make your more jittery than a two-year old set loose in a candy store.

Bitter orange peel contains synephrine, the active ingredient in ephedra, which has been linked to heart attacks, strokes, and death.
